Comparison of cell immobilization between BAM and PLL-modified surfaces
Direct observation of intracellular calcium in situ
- Apply the treated cell suspension (50ul) by Fura-3(4uM).
- Wash with PBS to remove non-immobilized cells.
- After 10 minutes, apply the calcium ionophore, A23187(50uM,100ul), to the immobilized cells.
